I wasn't sure if I was going to have a WOF this week until Caleb decided to cook dinner tonight. He was about to carve into it when I said "Stop!! Let me a take a photo of it for WOF."
Maybe you've seen this or cooked one yourself before. Caleb calls it "Up The Butt Chicken". It's a special rack that holds a can of beer that you slip the chicken over and cook it on the grill. It is delicious! He smears it with this garlic butter sauce and then the beer steams and moisturizes the chicken from the inside while it cooks. Yummy.

That is a weird object that is found in every Eastern Shore of Maryland home--the home of Perdue chicken. Don't they make the tenderest of chicken dinners.
Yum...Less filling...Tastes great.
And the chicken looks happy.
Okay - this is definitely something I have to cook up north at the cabin - it's perfect!
